Certificate of Insurance
It is commonplace for contracting organizations to exchange Certificates of Insurance to demonstrate that they have insurance coverage. Mason's Office of Risk Management will provide such certificates on behalf of the Commonwealth. Requests should be submitted via email five (5) business days in advance of the date the certificate is needed.
Complete and forward a Certificate of Insurance Request via email (risk@gmu.edu) or fax (703 993-2339). The Certificate will be prepared and signed. The original will be forwarded in accordance with the information provided on the request form.
